When you click a WhatsApp link on our Website, you leave our site and interact with WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policies. Any information you provide there is collected by those services as separate controllers.

• Security and rate-limit data — IP-based rate-limit counters are held in server memory for up to one (1) hour and are not designed for long-term storage; hosting access logs are retained for a shorter operational period defined by our hosting provider.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where feasible.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including server-side validation of form submissions, bot/spam controls, rate limiting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions, and careful handling of inquiry data in our email and hosting environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. At present, the Website uses only technologies that are necessary for basic operation and language routing (for example, locale selection through our internationalization setup).
